The brief:
I was giving a lecture in Oslo, Norway, yesterday when I came across this rather splendid clock tower. It was sitting all by itself at the end of a pier, looking rather lost. I thought we could find a better place for this excellent object. Any ideas on where we could locate it to show it off better?
