The brief:There's a plinth in London's Trafalgar Square that was empty for 164 years. No-one could decide what to put on it. Then it was announced that it would hold a series of works by contemporary artists: at present, it features an amazing statue by Marc Quinn. That's being taken down this year. Any suggestions for a replacement work of art? It's a tricky perspective!
